Software for the acquisition and processing of X-ray images with multi-energy material discrimination. Detector calibration, dynamic range management, filtering, color coding of organics, inorganics and metals, real-time visualization. The same principle is the foundation of X-ray transmission sorting (XRT) of waste, ore and scrap.

Development of controllers for X-ray systems — primarily conveyor X-ray scanners. Control of X-ray generators, the conveyor motor, interlocks and safety sensors. Hardware, embedded software and a cross-platform SDK for integration into your own software.

Connecting industrial line-scan detectors to your software and project. Extensive hands-on experience with Detection Technology detectors: data acquisition over the network, scan synchronization, on-board / off-board calibration, support for multi-energy modes.

Development of software and algorithms for automated sorting using the X-ray transmission method: real-time classification of material by density and effective atomic number with control of ejection mechanisms (pneumatic air-jet valves).
